RMT Lounge is a multidisciplinary wellness clinic offering registered massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, osteopathy, acupuncture, and related therapeutic services. All treatments are provided by qualified, registered healthcare professionals.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Direct billing is available for many major insurance providers. It is the patient's responsibility to verify their coverage and benefits with their insurance provider prior to treatment. Any balance not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the patient.
RMT Lounge, its practitioners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, the reliance on any information provided herein, or the receipt of therapeutic services. All treatments carry inherent risks, which your practitioner will discuss with you prior to treatment.
