RMT Lounge provides five registered therapeutic disciplines under one roof: massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy and acupuncture. All practitioners are licensed, registered with their professional college, and fully insured.

Our clinic is at 3250 Schmon Parkway, Unit 2, Thorold, Ontario. We serve patients across Thorold, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland and the wider Niagara Region.

Yes. Every practitioner at RMT Lounge is licensed, registered with their respective Ontario regulatory college (CMTO, College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, CCO, CTCMPAO) and fully insured. Proof of registration is available on request.

We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and chronic conditions including back pain, neck pain, sciatica, sports injuries, postural dysfunction, headaches, TMJ, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, post-surgical rehabilitation, motor vehicle injuries, repetitive strain and stress-related tension.

No referral is required for massage therapy, chiropractic, or acupuncture. Physiotherapy may require a referral depending on your insurance provider. Contact us if you are unsure about your specific plan requirements.

Your first visit includes a clinical assessment: health history review, contraindication screening, postural and functional evaluation, and a personalised treatment plan with clear goals. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake forms.

Please bring your health card, insurance card (if applicable), a list of current medications, and any relevant medical history or imaging reports. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated.

Recovery timelines depend on your condition, severity and consistency with your plan. Many patients notice improvement within 2–4 sessions. Your practitioner will give you a clear, evidence-based estimate after the initial assessment.

Yes — acupuncture is very safe when performed by a registered acupuncturist. We use sterile, single-use, fine-gauge needles and screen for contraindications (e.g. anticoagulant therapy) before every treatment. Most patients report minimal to no discomfort during needle insertion.

Yes. We offer direct billing to most major Canadian insurance providers across all five disciplines. You typically pay only your co-pay or deductible at the time of your appointment.

Yes. Our registered practitioners can treat patients under WSIB and motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims. We handle the necessary documentation and billing to facilitate a straightforward claims process.
